Investing.com – Saudi Arabian stocks were lower after Sunday’s close as losses in the , and , sectors drove the stock lower.

Meanwhile, Ash-Sharqiyah Development Company (SE:) added 2.88% or 3.00 points to end at 107.00 and Almunajem Foods SJSC (SE:) rose 2.58% or 1.50 points to 59.70 late in the session.
The worst performers of the session were Malath Cooperative Insurance Co (SE:), which fell 5.58% or 1.36 points to trade at 23.02 at the close. Dur Hospitality (SE:) fell 5.38% or 1.90 points to end at 33.40 and The Mediterranean&Gulf Insurance Co (SE:) fell 4.23% or 0.74 points to 16.76.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising stocks on the Saudi Arabian Stock Exchange by 162 vs. 60 and 10 unchanged.

Crude oil for April delivery rose 3.00% or 3.18 to $109.20 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for May delivery rose 2.83% or 3.09 to $112.42 a barrel, while April gold futures fell down 0.41% or 8.15 to trade at $1,992.25 per troy ounce.
EUR/SAR fell 0.64% to 4.09, while USD/SAR was unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
US dollar index futures rose 0.62% to 99.11.
